PROGRAM SAMPLE (CUSTOMIZED ACCORDING TO EACH CLIENT'S NEEDS): SESSION 1: APPETIZER Weight Management - This is a good session to begin with, as it covers many general aspects involved in a weight management plan (reaching the goal of ideal weight and shape, releasing excess weight, eating healthier foods, drinking more water, decreasing the intake of unhealthy foods, exercising, making the right choices, etc). SESSION 2: COCKTAIL Weight: Increasing Metabolism & Movement - This is a good session to include in the plan for everyone who needs motivation exercising. SESSION 3: SMALL PLATE Weight: Moderation or Weight: Eliminating Excess - Either of these session themes would be good to help control certain food cravings and/or the habit of overeating in general. SESSION 4: PALATE CLEANSER Weight Loss: Choices - This session is empowering and helps us to make wise choices about what we eat. SESSION 5: MAIN COURSE Weight: Body Image & Appreciation - This is a great session for everyone who can be very critical of their bodies. It would also work with everyone who might feel self-conscious about the attention they start receiving as they lose weight. SESSION 6: DESSERT The Bridge-Creating and Constructing Balance - It's important to set the mode for the everyone to find balance in all areas of their lives as part of their lifestyle changes, thus eliminating the need for addictive behavior. SESSION 7: SIDE DISH Eliminating Self-Sabotage - It’s common for anyone following a weight management program to start exhibiting self-sabotaging behavior. 1) SESSION DURATION VARIES. The initial session is up to 90 minutes long; follow-up sessions are up to 60 minutes long.
2) PAYMENT METHODS: Cash or check preferred for single sessions; credit cards accepted (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER) for multi-session packages.
3) ON A BUDGET? If you would like to get a multi-session package but are on a budget, please contact me to discuss
other alternatives, such as committing to a package and still paying p/session, or splitting payments.
